Join AllTunes as one of the select wedding vendors by invitation only by Minter Gardens for their Wedding Show on Friday September 17, 2010.
Minter Gardens is asking for brides to pre- register by September 17, however it is not mandatory.
Start Time 5:45PM -1st Tour to Ceremony Site
6:00PM Tent Reception with various passed hors d’oeuvres, served with champagne and non- alcoholic punch & coffee/tea station.
During the reception, Minter Gardens will be conducting mini tours up to the Meadow Garden Terrace Ceremony Site every 15 minutes. We will start the first tour at 5:45 so early arrivers are welcome to take the first tour prior to the opening of the tent reception. Last tour time will be 6:45 PM
Both the Envision conservatory and the Trillium conservatory will be small-scale set and decorated to highlight the venue and participating vendors’ specialties.
END OF SHOW - 8:00PM
Door Prizes will be supplied by Vendors.
AllTunes is looking forward to participating at one of Vancouver’s & Fraser Valley’s Premiere Wedding Venue.
