Is AllTunes DJ Service a Full Time Vendor – YES


When I go to some DJ sites why don’t I see the owners name or who I am dealing with?

I will go out of my way to exceed your expectations and make your wedding/event as memorable as possible. In addition to my extensive music library & club lighting I include top music videos on a LCD screen, MC’ing & free consultation with no charge for travel or set up anywhere in the Fraser Valley or Lower Mainland. In addition I offer services such as videotaping, slideshows, picture taking & live printing at your wedding/event at a very competeitive cost. Does AllTUnes play Music Videos.

Yes. AllTunes has a large selection of over 2000 Music Videos such as Bob Seger’s Old Time Rock & Roll, the Grease Megamix & the Macarena. The music videos are played on our LCD Screens or large screen and projector. All Videos are Age Appropriate.

Who will be my DJ?

You will normally get myself, the owner Peter “ALL REQUESTS” Graves or one of my highly trained assistants.

Do you provide backup equipment in case of an emergency?

Absolutely, although our equipment is in near new condition and has never failed us, we have a second set of equipment to give you complete piece of mind.

Can you really provide a slide show of wedding ceremonies?

Yes. When your guests arrive at the reception we ask them for any digital pictures they took at your reception. We then put them into our printers hard drive a prepare and slide show upon your grand entrance.

Do you charge GST?

 Yes, as a Full-Time professional DJ Service that makes over $30k a year I am required to collect & pay the GST. My GST registration number is 85100-5355-RT0001

Do you provide free consultations?

Yes, I encourage a face to face meeting to make sure you are as comfortable and confident with your decision to let AllTunes host your event. Subsequent phone calls and emails are also welcomed and encouraged to make your function perfect.

Do you charge for travel time or set up?

No, there is no charge for travel or set up time. We make sure setup is completed prior to your guests arrival.

Is AllTunes really the best DJ Service/Entertainment solution for my event?

Can you play a slide show from guests digital camera cards or pre-made CDs?

Yes. AllTunes takes pictures throughout your event and run slide shows from ours & your guests pictures. AllTunes also prints pictures live at your Wedding/Event & provides you a CD of all pictures taken.

Do you play requests?

Requests are always welcome. Requests deemed inappropriate for the event or guests will be discouraged. As the customer you can choose to set guidelines for your guests requests.

When will you set up?

AllTunes does a full set-up and sound check before your event starts and the guests arrive.

Do you dress appropriately for the event?

Yes we always dress appropriately for every function, be it casual or formal.

What do you mean by specialty dances?

AllTunes #1 speciality dance is the limbo rock with our limbo stick and special Limbo Rock song. The record for the dance is 20 minutes and approx 24 inches. We also have special dance contests the locomotion, YMCA,  and the Macarena.

Do you have lights?

Yes every event includes a club style lighting.

Can I give you a long list of songs I want you to play at my dance?

Absolutely, but keep in mind this may not be a good idea. As an experienced DJ my partner and I see every event which songs work for a certain age group or event and which don’t.

Do you require a deposit?

All deposits are Non-Refundable to hold my services for your event date. With the balance due at the start of the event.

How much does your disc jockey service cost?

You might be surprised how little the difference in cost between a low budget, inexperienced DJ and a highly qualified professional service that we offer at AllTunes. Our rates are very competitive and we will be more than happy to discuss your event with you and quote you a price. Please feel free to contact us.

Will my DJ act as the master of ceremonies?

Yes we are experienced MC’s who can act as your master of ceremonies at no extra charge. We are comfortable speaking in public and will keep your guests involved throughout your event. We will gladly handle any announcements and pride ourselves in our ability to keep your event organized and running smoothly.

Do you provide crowd participation activities?

Absolutely we have developed several activities that are designed to motivate and encourage your guests to have fun. These include our specialty Limbo Rock Dance to give your guests a lasting memory of your occasion. Many such as the Macarena & YMCA are play as music videos.

Will you purchase music requests that are not already available?

Absolutely, music is our business, and with our extensive library of song titles currently available, the chances are that we already have your request. But in the unlikely event we would not, we will be more than happy to locate it without any additional charge. The only thing we require is that you list any such requests and submit them at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.

What music will AllTunes bring to my event?

At AllTunes we currently have over 80,000 song titles & 2000 Music Videos in our library leased by Multi Music Services and licensed by the AVLA.  Our library spans over 8 decades so regardless of the type of music you would like hear, we will be able to satisfy your needs. All of these songs are catalogued on a computer database. When you hire us to perform at your event we bring our entire collection., so when your guests make requests we are able to instantly confirm and locate their selection.

What types of parties do you specialize in?

High energy, packed dance floor, specialty dances & interactive & MAXIMUM FUN.  Actually that sounds like our last event & I can guarantee it will describe your event when you book AllTunes. Although we have provided DJ entertainment for events such as weddings, summer staff parties, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries & theme events, our speciality is definitely wedding ceremonies and receptions. Do you provide equipment for events such as sales meetings and employee service awards?

Yes. If you need PA, sound or video we can meet all your needs at a much lower price than Hotels & other facilities.

Are you available for charitable & charitable events?

We are actively involved in charitable & community events. Based on the event & availability we can sometimes provide our services free of charge, or at a reduced price.

Does AllTunes do Pre-teen, Teenage Birthday Parties, Sweet 16’s?

Yes we do. With our Live Picture Printing, Games & Music Videos we are the hit of any teenage party.
